Don Ritucci is a Managing Director, Investment Banking Group in Imperial Capital’s New York office, focusing on the healthcare industry. Mr. Ritucci has 13 years of investment banking experience and has completed over $50 billion of advisory and financing transactions. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Ritucci was a Managing Director in the Global Healthcare Group at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Ritucci has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and financing in the healthcare industry and has managed numerous transactions involving healthcare services, including facility based providers, alternate site, behavioral and social services, and dental services. Mr. Ritucci also served as a member of the UBS Banking Review Group and Fairness Opinion Committee. Prior to UBS, Mr. Ritucci worked in the Audit and Business Advisory Group at Price Waterhouse, and was a licensed CPA. Mr. Ritucci earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a B.S. from Boston College.

Allen Stern is Managing Director, Capital Markets, Investment Banking Group in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital. He has over 25 years of experience advising boards and management teams on debt and equity capital markets, merger and acquisitions and restructurings. Mr. Stern has significant relationships within the institutional community including financial sponsors, hedge funds, mezzanine funds and senior lenders. Before joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Stern was a Senior Vice President in the corporate real estate finance division of the Binswanger Company. Prior, he was a Vice President in the leveraged leasing/equipment and project finance arm of B.O.T Financial. Mr. Stern received a B.S. degree in Economics from Northeastern University in Boston.
