Steven Cramer is Managing Director, Investment Banking Group in the Los Angeles
office of Imperial Capital. Mr. Cramer has more than seventeen years of investment
banking and senior level operating experience, most recently as Chief Financial
Officer of LBI Media, a leading owner and operator of Spanish-language radio
and television stations. Previously, Mr. Cramer was a senior banker in the Los
Angeles office of Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) and its predecessor, Donaldson
Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where he originated and executed a broad range of leveraged
finance, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions in the media,
gaming and leisure, hospitality, and consumer sectors. Prior to CSFB/DLJ, Mr.
Cramer was an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Cramer
began his investment banking career in Smith Barney’s Specialized Restructuring
Group, where he executed financial restructuring transactions including both
debtor and creditor advisory assignments for both in- and out-of-court restructurings.
Mr. Cramer received a B.A. with distinction from Stanford University and an
M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Chris Shepard is Executive Vice President, Co-Head of Corporate Finance and
Head of Capital Markets at Imperial Capital. Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Shepard
has over 15 years experience in financings, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.
He has advised on over $5 billion in transactions in a wide range of industries,
including healthcare, telecom, industrial, consumer, media, technology, energy,
gaming and transportation. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Shepard was
an Associate at the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, a
New York-based corporate law firm, where he specialized in public securities
and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Shepard received his B.S. with
a concentration in Accounting, an M.B.A. and his J.D. from the University of
Michigan.

Jason Thomas is Managing Director, Investment Banking, in the San Francisco
office of Imperial Capital where he focuses in the telecommunications sector
and advises both debtors and creditors in financial restructuring transactions.
Mr. Thomas has more than thirteen years of investment banking and financial
advisory experience, most recently as a Director in the San Francisco office
of Giuliani Capital Advisors LLC. Throughout his career, he has sourced and
executed a broad range of restructuring, leveraged finance, and mergers and
acquisitions transactions in the telecommunications, technology, transportation,
retail, and consumer products industries. Mr. Thomas received a B.A. in Economics
from the University of Michigan and a Master in Accountancy from the University
of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, a Certified
Public Accountant and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
